Job Description:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for the sales and marketing in the American region of Liebherr Commercial Appliances coming from our factories:
    · Liebherr-Werk Lienz GmbH (Austria)
    · Liebherr Appliances Kluang (Malaysia)
The commercialization of the products in this region goes through selected distribution partners that resell our products to specialized dealers and through Multinational Companies like CocaCola , Nestle and RedBull.

The Key Account Manager for America reports to the Sales Director and is based in Burlington (Ontario, Canada).

The main focus will be on USA and Canada but it may also include other countries in the American continent.

Main responsibilities:
In close coordination to the head of sales CA and the sales director America , the candidate will:
· Manage, support and coordinate the existing distribution partners and partners in the drink- and icecream-industry in the region.
· Find new distribution partners in regions/countries where the Liebherr commercial appliances are still not represented.
· Coordination of the product, pricing, marketing and distribution strategy.
· Provide the factories with feedback for future product requirements for the market.
· Establish and monitor appropriate sales forecast, market share and profit targets.

Job requirements:
· Degree or Bachelors in Economics or Business Administration.
· More than 3 years sales or marketing experience in commercial appliances.
· Must be able to analyze market situations and provide production forecasts.
· Must be able to apply principles and techniques of market planning.
· Must be able to conduct negotiations in English. Other languages such as German or Spanish are a plus.
· Excellent command of software tools (MS-Office).
· Responsible, with own initiative and flexible.
· Must be able to travel (around 40% of the time).
· Must have required work permit to work in Canada.
