Dear Advisor
Our headquarters office does not have a hole quite the size of Des Moines
although changes may make it seem that way, but this is normal and to be
expected in the evolution of a company. The founders and pioneers are making way
for the business growers who, in turn, will someday make way for the established
business managers. Kevin Henry has returned to the kitchen cabinet business and
been succeeded by Tom Cutler who has a pedigree of growing high end, imported
appliances. Peter Flachsmann has an opportunity to pioneer a young high tech
company. A seasoned industry veteran, Michael Maquire, has joined Kuppersbusch
to build the service network. The parent company remains committed to the US
market and will be offering new and exciting products as proof (UL approval is
not cheap). Personnel changes are all part of the maturing process. Focus on
product offerings not people.
