2004 Kitchen & Bath Show Introductions
This maker of bar and restaurant fridges is trawling for growth in the residential side.  Perlick is showing a modular component system of undercounter fridges and frost free freezers.  Strangely they have decided that their sourcing of Brazilian compressors is their key selling point.
From the website:  "Behind the most advanced technology in the manufacture of compressors is EMBRACO, a Brazilian company with 30 years of experience and global leadership, which manufactures 1 in every 4 compressors produced in the world."
Isn't it fun when engineers do the marketing!  Units also feature stainless interiors, and promise energy efficiency but provide no information to back it up.
