Do we ever know the full agenda of our new business partners or if we even fit into our partner's long term plans? How many agreements are reached between two parties, both of which are negotiating in good faith?

Well now, that presumes that both parties have the same agenda, expectations, ... AND ... were negotiating in good faith !!!
